The Out West series is an exploration of the flavor of the hop, within and beyond the established hop-forward styles that have made San Diego and the entire West Coast famous.

Each beer in this series has an entirely unique aroma and flavor, showcasing the diverse possibilities of the hop flower.

We are passionate about hops, and each of our hoppy beers are a showcase to the range of aromas and flavors that hops can produce. We brew a lot of hoppy beers, but each is distinctly different and well worth the exploration.

The Old World series is an homage to the classic beer styles and the traditional brewing history of Old World Europe, but we impart a distinct San Diego perspective into these beers.

The beers in this series are driven by our house Belgian-ale yeast strain that gives each beer a consistent underlying taste. The flavors diverge with each beer, however, and from light to strong, golden to dark. There is an Old World beer for everyone.

Our Old World beers will challenge your palate, but they finish dry so that you can enjoy all of the San Diego representations of these inspirational beers.

The Stygian series is a tribute to the river Styx: dark and deep, impactful and unforgettable.

As black as the depths of the Underworld, these beers feature roasted, aromatic, yet smooth and refined flavor profiles. Roasted malt contributes to the color and body of these satisfyingly delicious beers.

Our Stygian beers are a diverse representation of what dark ales can be, whether that is sweet, smokey, creamy, or roasted. The aroma and flavor of our Stygian ales will leave you desiring another pour.

The Feral series is asleep in the wood.

Our Feral beers will be born from our barrel-room, aged and blended to create an experience like no other.
